§ 131.37 LARCENY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to take, or attempt to take, from any other person or any store, building, or other place within the city by fraud or stealth, or by any manner any money, property, or anything of value, tangible or intangible, with the intent to deprive the owner of such property.
