§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.   
   (B)   Any person or persons who shall fail or refuse to leave any unlawful assemblage as prescribed in § 131.02, or any assemblage calculated to or which might disturb the peace or excite the public after having been ordered to leave by a police officer or any person lawfully assisting such officer, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 131.50 and 131.51 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 for the first offense, and for any subsequent offense, by a fine of not exceeding $100 or 30 days in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
