§ 131.36 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to, in any way, injure, damage, break, or destroy any plant, flower, or shrub being or growing upon the private property of another, or to injure, damage, or destroy any tree, plant, or shrub on the parking space adjacent to property owned or controlled by another.
