§ 131.05 OBSCENE WRITTEN OR PRINTED MATTER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, sell, offer for sale, or to distribute or dispose of in any manner in the city any indecent, lewd, or immoral book, picture, print, or other thing, or to exhibit any indecent, immoral, or lewd play, show, or other representation.
