§ 131.04 AUTOMOBILE DISTURBANCE.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive upon or about the streets of the city in such a way as to disturb the peace and quiet of any of the inhabitants of the city by unnecessarily sounding or honking automobile horns or by excessive motor or muffler noise either in the daytime or at night.
