§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person or persons, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 112.01 through 112.08 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $100, or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment; the Common Council may revoke any license under the provision of this §§ 112.01 through 112.08.

   (C)   Any person who shall, in the city or within one mile from the outer limits thereof, or within any of the public parks of the city or within one mile of the outer limits thereof, in accordance with §§ 112.20 and 112.21 keep or conduct a house or place restored to for the purpose of gambling, or permit or suffer within said limits any person in any house, shop, or place under his or her control to play at cards, dice, faro, roulette, or other games for money or other thing, or things representing money or property, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
