All gambling equipment, including cards, dice, tables, and any other thing used in connection with gambling and all slot machines used or operated in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, are
hereby declared to be a public nuisance and upon the conviction of any person under the provisions of this subchapter, all such equipment seized in connection therewith, shall be destroyed.
