(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm, or corporation engaged in conducting or operating a public dance hall in the city to suffer, permit, or allow any person under the age of 18 years, unaccompanied by his or her father, mother, or legally appointed guardian, to enter or remain in said dance hall.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons under the age of 18 years, unaccompanied by his or her father or mother, or legally appointed guardian, to enter or remain in said dance hall.
