§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall be guilty of disorderly, unchaste, or lewd conduct or habitual loafing or sleeping on the ground, benches, or premises, or who shall engage in any quarrel or fight, or make or assist in making disorderly noise or riot, or disturbance of the peace in any public park under the control of the Common Council, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished upon conviction by a fine of not more than $100, or by confinement in the city or county jail for not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
