§ 70.34 EMERGING FROM ALLEY OR DRIVEWAY.
   The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, or garage shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or into the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway.
