§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 70.05, or the resolution relating thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $100 for each and/or every offense.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 70.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and in addition thereto, shall be liable to the city for all damages incurred thereby.
