Responsibilities of park owner:
(a) The park owner shall operate the mobile home park in compliance with this article and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
(b) The park owner shall supervise the placement of each mobile home on its mobile home site to ensure compliance with Section 804(2)(a)-(d).
(c) The park owner shall give the zoning officer free access to all mobile home sites, service buildings and other service facilities for the purpose of inspection.
(d) The park owner shall make provision so that all park streets shall be maintained in passable condition and snow shall be removed as soon as it is practical to do so.
