517.15 SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF GAMBLING DEVICES.

The Chief of Police, or any other police officer, shall destroy all such tables, banks, devices and apparatus that shall come into his possession under the provisions of this chapter or in any other way, when ordered to do so by the judge having jurisdiction thereof.
