140.99 PENALTY.

A violation of the provisions of Sections 140.02(a) or (b), 140.08(f), or 140.09(a) shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable as provided in Section 501.99, and each day such violation is continued shall constitute a separate offense.
