199.07 DURATION OF ADDITIONAL TAX.

(a) The additional Five Dollars ($5.00) tax imposed by Section 199.06, pursuant to Section 4504.172 of the Ohio Revised Code, shall apply to be in effect for the registration year commencing January 1, 1995, and shall continue in effect and application during each registration year thereafter.

(b) The additional Five Dollars ($5.00) tax also imposed by Section 199.06, pursuant to Section 4504.173 of the Ohio Revised Code, shall be effective July 3, 2019, commencing with registration year January 1, 2020, and shall continue in effect and application during each registration year thereafter.
