(a) The District shall make signs available to all retail tobacco and paraphernalia sales licensees. Signs shall be provided by the District at the time of license approval upon request of the licensee.
(b) The signs are issued by the Ohio Department of Health and state substantially the following:
TOBACCO AGE OF SALE ONLY 21+ It's the LAW.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS, ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE
PRODUCTS, E-CIGARETTES, AND VAPE SALES
AGE 21 AND OVER In accordance with ORC 2927.02.
(c) The retailers shall post the signs provided by the District at points of transaction, which may include, but are not limited to, cash registers, sales counters, on any display cases of tobacco products and paraphernalia. The signs shall by prominently displayed and not obscured.
