Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or the Food Service Operations Law and Regulations as adopted herein, or any lawful order of an authorized employee of the Department of Health issued pursuant thereto, or whoever obstructs or interferes with the execution of such order or willfully or illegally omits to obey such order, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
