1717.05 SANITATION REQUIREMENTS.
   No person owning, operating or participating in the operation of any restaurant, hotel or other food service operation, while pursuing such occupation or employment, shall, either personally or by agent or servant, engage in the handling of food, drink or utensils used in connection therewith without observing and complying with the following requirements.
   (a)   All wearing apparel shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
   (b)   Hair shall be kept controlled and in order, by means of a cap, net, band or other device or material, so as to prevent the same from falling into or upon any such food, drink, utensils or equipment.
