The Department of Health shall enforce the Food Service Operations Law and Regulations, as adopted herein, and authorized employees in the performance of official duties shall have authority, upon proper identification, to enter any building, structure or premises at any reasonable hour to make inspections and ascertain compliance with such law and regulations.
