Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.231, Chapter 3701-21, Food Service Operations, of the Ohio Administrative Code relative to food service operations and the regulations of the Ohio Public Health Council issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3732.02 are hereby adopted by the City, and incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein. The purpose of the adopted Food Service Operations Law and Regulations is to provide regulations of general application throughout the City governing food service operations and to provide uniform sanitation standards and approval of plans, equipment and supplies to that portion of any premises utilized for the food service operation.
