(a) All applications for plumbing permits shall be made on forms approved by the Plumbing Inspector. No application for a permit shall be processed, nor any permit issued, until the fees prescribed therefor have been paid to the City. The following fees are hereby prescribed.

In addition to all other fees charged for permits and inspections for commercial structures, an additional charge of $100.00 per inspection will be charged for routine inspections [i.e. inspections not qualifying as re-inspections under paragraph (b) of this section or under sections 1369.13 and 1367.25 of the City‘s Codified Ordinances] over and above the following maximum number of routine inspections:

(b) In addition, a fee shall be charged as provided for in Section 1367.25 of the City's Codified Ordinances whenever a re-inspection is necessary as a result of work being improperly or incompletely performed or as a result of an inspector being unable to complete a scheduled inspection through the fault of the permit applicant or his agent.
