§ 138.12 (2925.50, 3719.19) DOUBLE JEOPARDY.
   No person shall be prosecuted for a violation of this chapter if the person has been acquitted or convicted under the federal drug abuse control laws, as defined in R.C. § 3719.01(I), of the same act or omission which, it is alleged, constitutes a violation of any of this chapter.
