§ 137.04 CURFEW.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 14 years to be upon the streets and sidewalks or other public places Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning and Friday and Saturday between the hours of 12 midnight and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning. It shall be unlawful for any minor between the ages of 14 and 18 to be upon the streets and sidewalks or other public places Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 12 midnight and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning, and Friday and Saturday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning; provided, the provisions of this section shall not apply to a minor accompanied by his parent, guardian, or other adult person having legal custody of the minor, or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed or specifically permitted by his parent, guardian, or other adult person having the legal custody of the minor.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other adult person having legal custody of any minor under the age of 14 years to allow the minor on the streets and sidewalks or other public places Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning, and Friday and Saturday between the hours of 12 midnight and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning. It shall be unlawful for any parent, or guardian, or other adult person having legal custody of any minor between the ages of 14 and 18 years to allow the minor to be upon the streets and sidewalks or other public places Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 12 midnight and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning, and Friday and Saturday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning, provided, the provisions of this section shall not apply to a minor accompanied by his parent, guardian, or other adult person having legal custody of the minor, or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed or specifically permitted by his parent, guardian, or other adult person having the legal custody of the minor.
   (C)   Any minor who violates this section shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure. Any person, other than a minor, who violates this section shall be fined not more than $10 for the first offense; and not less than $50 for each and every offense thereafter.
