§ 135.15 PROHIBITION AGAINST HUNTING WITHIN CITY LIMITS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall engage in the hunting of wildlife or domestic animals, either with a firearm, with a bow and arrow, by trapping or by any other means, on lands and waters within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   The city may permit trapping of certain wildlife when such wildlife becomes a public nuisance and in order to maintain the welfare of the community. Such permission may be granted by the City Administrator.
   (C)   Violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (D)   When any officer shall discover any person in the act of violating any provision of this section, it shall be the officer's duty to seize the firearm, bow and arrow, or trapping device so used, and to cause the arrest of such person. Upon conviction of the person so arrested, and upon order of the Court, the firearm, bow and arrow or trapping device shall be disposed of in accordance with § 130.27(B)(4)(b) of this code.
