§ 94A.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of § 94A.14(F) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be penalized as provided for in § 130.99. In addition to the above penalty, any employee of the city who violates any provision of § 94A.14(F) shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 94A.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be penalized as provided for in § 130.99.
