§ 32.24 PERMANENT VOLUNTARY WORK FURLOUGH PROGRAM.
   (A)   A permanent voluntary work furlough program is hereby implemented for city employees commencing January 1, 2013.
   (B)   The City Administrator or his designee is hereby authorized to create guidelines to implement the program.
