§ 125.01 REGISTER OF NAME, RESIDENCE, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF GUESTS.
   (A)   Every owner, proprietor, lessee or keeper of a lodging house, inn, motel or hotel located within a registration precinct shall keep a register in which shall be entered the name, residence, date of arrival and departure, and room occupied by each of his guests. This register shall be so arranged that there shall be a space on the same line which such guests shall sign his name.
   (B)   A hotel or motel which utilizes an electronic registration card need not obtain the signature of each guest who utilizes such a card.
