§ 93.16 STORM SEWER APPLICATION AND PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Storm sewers within the city must be constructed, laid, used and maintained in accordance with the ordinances of the city and upon approval of the city engineer.
   (A)   Application for a permit must be submitted along with detailed plans covering the installation of storm sewers to the building department.
   (B)   No back filling or covering shall be done of said storm sewers until same have been inspected and approved by the inspector of public works.
   (C)   Permit fees shall be as follows:
      (1)   A sewer tap permit for storm sewers shall be $25 which will include inspection of the tap and the first 50 feet of sewer lines from the tap inward.
      (2)   Additional footage beyond the first 50 feet shall be charged at the rate of $1 per each 10 feet of sewer or fraction thereof.
      (3)   For each manhole, junction box or similar structure, $20.
