§ 93.11 REMOVAL OF ICE AND SNOW.
   (A)   The owner, occupant, or person in control of any building or lot of land shall keep the sidewalks free from any nuisance or hazard.
   (B)   The owner, occupant, or person in control of any building or lot of land shall not place snow or ice into any street.
