§ 90.16 SALE OF PIT BULL TERRIERS.

(A) No person shall possess with intent to sell, sell, or offer for sale, or buy or attempt to buy, within the city any pit bull terrier as defined in § 90.15 of this chapter.

(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned for not more than 60 days, or both.
