§ 90.13 LOUD DOGS.
   (A)   No person shall keep or harbor any animal or fowl within the municipality which, by frequent and habitual barking, howling or yelping, creates unreasonably loud and disturbing noises of such character, intensity, and duration as to disturb the peace, quiet and good order of the municipality. Any person, who shall allow any animal or fowl habitually to remain, be lodged or fed within any dwelling, building, yard or enclosure, which said person owns or occupies, shall be considered as keeping or harboring such animal or fowl.    (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; whoever is found guilty of violating this section more than once within a one year period is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day of continued violation of division (A) constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 42-1985, passed 9-18-85)
