§ 73.06 FIRE LANES ESTABLISHED AND REGULATED.
   (A)   Pursuant to Section 1301:7-7-03(1) of the Springdale Fire Prevention Code, as adopted in Section 36.15 of the Springdale Code of Ordinances, the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau may establish fire lanes on public or private property, used for any purpose, where he deems traffic conditions are such that they will impede the access of fire and other emergency apparatus thereto. It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle as defined in § 70.01, in any area so designated as a fire lane and posted or otherwise marked as such, and any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor. It shall be the duty of the members of the Police Department of the city to enter upon property wherein fire lanes have been established for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this division.
   (B)   The owner of the property wherein fire lanes have been established, within sixty days of notification by the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau of the establishment of a fire lane or lanes on the premises shall, at his expense, provide the appropriate sign or markings indicating the existence of such lane or lanes. A person failing to so act shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and each day after the sixty-day period during which such signs or markings are not provided shall be deemed a separate offense.
