§ 73.051 PARKING OF NON-MOTORIZED AND NON-SELF PROPELLED VEHICLES.
   (A)   As used in this section, VEHICLE means everything on wheels or runners, but does not mean vehicles that belong to any police department, municipal fire department, or volunteer fire department, or that are used by such a department in the discharge of its functions.
   (B)   As used in this section, NON-MOTORIZED or NON-SELF PROPELLED vehicle shall include any vehicle which does not have motor power or is not self-propelled or generally used for driving upon a street.
   (C)   No person shall stop, park, store, or leave standing any non-motorized or non-self propelled vehicle upon the streets or highways of the city, except when such parking is necessary in conjunction with a service call, to load or unload property, for the maintenance of the public right-of-way, to comply with the provisions of this code, or to obey the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device. This provision shall not apply to non-motorized or non-self propelled vehicles when such vehicles are properly attached to a motor vehicle.
   (D)   Each separate act of stopping, parking, storing, or leaving standing a non-motorized or non-self propelled vehicle in violation of this section, and each calendar day on which such stopping, parking, storing, or standing continues shall be considered a separate violation of this section.
