§ 122.18 MEASUREMENT OF DISTANCE.

For the purpose of this chapter, distance between a teen club and any sexually oriented business, distance between a teen club and any establishment holding a valid liquor license, and distance between a teen club and any residential structure shall be measured in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures, from the closest exterior wall of each business or structure.
