§ 120.21 NUDITY PROHIBITED.
   Public nudity, as defined under § 120.02 of this chapter and R.C. § 2907.01(H) is prohibited in sexually oriented businesses. Any sexually oriented business which is found in violation of this section shall have its permit suspended pursuant to the provisions of § 120.12.
