(A) Any licensee, registered employee of a licensed agency, or person working under a signed waiver for a licensed agency, shall have on their person during the hours of employment or duty, within the city, their State of Ohio license, registration card, or copy of signed waiver, which shall be subject at all times to inspection by any member of the Springdale police division.
(B) Any private investigator or security guard provider, whenever engaged in the licensee's business, shall produce their State of Ohio license, registration card, or waiver upon request by any citizen.
