§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of § 116.02 shall be fined not more than $500. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense. Imposition of such a fine shall in no way waive any right of the city to enjoin the continued violation of this chapter.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 116.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation of § 116.03 (C) continues shall be considered a separate violation.
