§ 114.08 TERMINATION OF ALARM SYSTEM AT POLICE STATION.
   (A)   No fire alarm system may terminate at the police station. No alarm system servicing a financial institution may terminate at the police station. The city reserves the right to prohibit the termination of any alarm system in the police station which it feels requires a service beyond the scope or capability of the police department.
   (B)   Any alarm system terminating at the police station which utilizes a leased telephone line must connect with and be displayed upon the alarm monitoring facilities located in the police department. Every alarm system must have the capability to indicate to the police department, at the time any alarm is actuated, that the actuation has not been caused by a power failure in the line.
