§ 113.01 BOWLING, BILLIARDS, AND POOL.

(A) Each proprietor of a billiard or pool table or a bowling alley, or a combination of both, shall pay an annual license fee of $5 for one such table, $5 for one such alley and $5 for each additional alley or table.

(B) It shall be unlawful to permit betting or gambling in connection with the use of a table or alley.
