§ 111.20 DELIVERY OF PROPERTY LEFT IN TAXICAB.
   It shall be the duty of the driver of a taxicab promptly to deliver to the police, or to the operator of the taxicab or his authorized agent, all property of value left in the taxicab by passengers.
