§ 111.18 SERVICE TO BE RENDERED ON DEMAND.

It shall be the duty of every driver of an unengaged taxicab, upon request, to transport any orderly person between any 2 points within the city. Should it be shown at any time to the satisfaction of the mayor that a driver has failed to comply with the requirements of this section, the mayor may, after hearing, revoke the license of the driver.
