§ 111.03 LICENSING REGULATIONS FOR DRIVERS.
   Every person engaged in the occupation of driving taxicabs, shall pay an initial license fee therefor of $5 for the original license and an annual fee of $2 for every year thereafter, which shall include a license button or badge furnished by the licensing authority, together with a photograph and fingerprints which shall be taken by the licensing authority. The license button or badge shall be worn by the driver on his hat or coat in a manner as is plainly visible. The photograph shall be conspicuously displayed in the vehicle. The licensee shall comply with the terms of this chapter and all ordinances or laws governing the operation of taxicabs and motor vehicle which may now be in effect or which may hereafter become effective. Public record of a conviction of a crime is grounds for denial of a taxicab driver's license, within the discretion of the licensing authority.
