§ 38.32 BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   (A)    There is hereby established the positions of Building Inspector under the supervision of the Building Official as directed by the Mayor and City Administrator.
   (B) The Mayor, at his discretion, may contract for the services of any competent person as a Building Inspector.
