§ 37.07 PART TIME MEDICAL DIRECTOR.
   The part time position of medical director for the city is created. Appointment to the position of medical director shall be made by the city board of health for a term of one year or until the successor of the medical director is appointed and takes office. Compensation for the position of medical director shall be at a rate set by council.
