§ 37.05 HEALTH COMMISSIONER.
   There is created the position of health commissioner, the holder of which shall be a licensed sanitarian by the State of Ohio, and who shall receive compensation at a rate set by council, depending upon qualifications and merit, and who shall be employed by the board of health in accordance with state statutes.
