(A) Under the provisions of Ohio Revised Code 3709.05 and the provisions of Article VI, paragraph E of the Charter of the City of Springdale, there is hereby established a Board of Health for the Springdale City Health District. The Mayor shall be president of the Board by virtue of his office.
(B) The number of members of the Board of Health and the term of office shall be as set out in the City of Springdale Charter Article VI, paragraph E. A majority of such members shall constitute a quorum.
