§ 36.33 APPEAL APPLICATION.
   The application shall contain the decision, interpretation, ruling, or order appealed from, and the provision or provisions of the applicable code, and shall state therein that the decision, interpretation, ruling, or order is erroneous. If the appeal is based on hardship, the application should show the nature of the hardship and point out what kind of modified order, permit decision, or interpretation can be put into effect which will relieve the hardship without defeating the purpose and intent of the provision of the applicable code. All completed applications shall contain other information as the Board by rule provides.
