§ 36.32 APPEALS.
   All appeals to the Board shall be made by a completed written application to the Board within 15 days of the written decision, interpretation, ruling, or order of the Chief Building Official or the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau, or their authorized representative. A decision, interpretation, ruling, or order of the Chief Building Official or the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be deemed to be sufficient as a written decision, order, ruling, or interpretation, for the purpose of beginning the aforementioned 15-day period, if it is noted on a copy of the permit kept or posted at the work site, building, premises, or structure, and signed by the Chief Building Official or the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau, or their authorized representatives. Appeals shall be heard within 30 days of receipt of a timely filed completed application, except appeals shall be heard within a longer period of time as agreed on by the applicant and the Board.
