§ 36.16 DUTIES OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, FIRE CHIEF, AND CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION.

(A) The Fire Prevention Code shall be enforced by the Fire Department under the supervision and direction of the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau of the City Fire Department.

(B) The Chief of the Fire Department is permitted to detail such members of the Fire Department as Inspectors as shall from time to time be requested by the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau.
