§ 36.12 CHIEF OF FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU ESTABLISHED.

The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be headed by the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau, a full-time position in the classified civil service of the city as a member of the Fire Department, and under the control and supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department. The Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau or any Fire Inspector shall be certified pursuant to R.C. § 3303.07.
